By applying the Sym-Wall® panel as a dual-wall with a specified 50mm gap the performance requirements of a standard party wall (fire, acoustic, thermal) can be fully achieved with an overall wall thickness of 250mm.
The wall can be installed easily and quickly with factory-embedded insulation and services as required.
