The “Sym-Wall Academy” initiative is geared to provide life opportunities for young people wherever Sym-Wall® is produced. The Academy will be annexed to the Sym-Wall® factory and will offer a modern NVQ level training and certification program covering subjects such as electro-mechanical engineering, maintenance and sustainable building methods.
The Academy will have direct access to the Sym-Wall® factory and real-life projects to provide complimentary work experience for the students who will have opportunity to transition into the SBT workforce at the end of their course.
The “Sym-Wall Academy” is a fundamental element of the factory “blueprint” to be implemented as the technology advances within the UK and into the global sector and will provide localized social benefits in terms of job creation and long-term employment in the sustainable manufacturing and building sector.
